Our Operable Wall offers an unrivalled choice of quality engineered moveable partitions that provide effective space management.
The Semi-automatic Operable Partition Wall is composed of independent glazed or solid panels which slide smoothly on rollers along a top-hung aluminium rail.
The solid panels are mounted in full perimeter extruded 6063-T6 aluminium frames structural backing with interlocking corner construction, have aluminum outer frame in natural anodized finish(Powder coating of aluminium trims in different colors is also possible) with raw MDF as base material backed with rock wool for acoustic rating. The optional thickness is 65mm, 85mm,100mm or 125mm. The panel have a solid fascia with a unlimited choice of finishes including wood veneer, aluminium, laminate, melamine and fabric.
The panel slides on an extruded aluminium track by means of heavy duty steel and nylon trolley.
The semi-automatic movable partition is very cost-effective, the weight is moderate and operation is convenient and flexible.
The suspension of each door panel can be single point, allows panels to hang centrally to the overhead support track and 360°rotatable. Or suspension of double point , allows panels to follow track intersection away from the opening allowing panels to be pushed to any place.
The wall is sealed automatically. There is no need to use manual operating handle to maintain closed door position.

1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer, our factory covers an area of about 12,000 square meters and the building area is more than 9,600 square meters.
2. Q: What is the price of the movable wall?
A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by square meters, prices vary widely according to thickness of walls and surface finish requirements. Therefore, for acurate quotation we need detailed dimensions such as height, width and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.
3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?
A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings.
The partition panels comes in different thickness, and different acoustic rating from 36db to 50 db depending upon the project requirement. We can provide panels with raw MDF or any type of finish such as laminate, veneers, white boards, fabric, pin-boards, painted surfaces etc to compliment your bilding environment and decor.
4.Q: How to install mobile partitions?
A: We provide installation CZPT services or send technicians as required. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.
5.Q: What is your payment terms?
A : 30% – 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.
6. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
How to Assemble a Pulley System
A pulley is a wheel that rotates on a shaft or shaft to support the movement of a taut cable. Pulleys allow power to be transmitted from the shaft to the cable.
Simple pulley
The simplest theory of operation of a pulley system assumes that the rope and weight are weightless and that the rope and pulley are not stretched. Since the force on the pulley is the same, the force on the pulley shaft must also be zero. Therefore, the force exerted on the pulley shaft is also distributed evenly between the 2 wires passing through the pulley. The force distribution is shown in Figure 1.

Tapered pulleys are vital to paper mill machinery. Its special design and construction enable it to transmit power from the engine source to the drive components. The advantages of this pulley include low maintenance costs and high mechanical strength. Cone wheel diameters range from 10 inches to 74 inches. These pulleys are commonly used in paper mills as they offer low maintenance, high mechanical strength and low wear.
A tapered sleeve connects the pulley to the shaft and forms an interference fit connector. The taper sleeve is fixed on the shaft with a key, and the corresponding inner hole is fixed on the shaft with a key. These features transmit torque and force to the pulley through friction. The system can transmit loads in any direction. Rope length is determined by multiplying the distance from the fixed block to the load by the mechanical advantage. If the mechanical advantage is 3:1, then passing the rope through the pulley 3 times will produce the required traction distance. Also, the length of the rope will depend on the mechanical advantage, so if the load is 3 times the length of the rope, it will be more than 3 times the required length.
